摘要:
采用内衬层为PVDF、增强层为玻璃钢带的柔性复合管,利用承压设备,基于线性回归采用剩余强度法对油气集输用柔性复合管的服役寿命进行研究。利用扫描电镜对微观形貌分析,对柔性复合管的失效机理进行研究。结果表明,随着服役时间的增加,柔性复合管的剩余强度值呈下降趋势,并且该对数值与服役时间对数值呈线性关系。该类型管材无外界因素影响,在输送介质温度不高于90 ℃,压力不高于16 MPa条件下,可安全服役超过20年。
Abstract:
Using the residual pressure strength method based on the linear regression to study the service life of the flexible composite pipe for oil and gas gathering and transportation, the flexible composite pipe use PVDF as the lining layer and the fiberglass reinforced resin band as the reinforced layer. The failure mechanism of the reinforced thermoplastic pipe is studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the residual pressure strength of the reinforced thermoplastic pipe tends to decrease with the service time increasing, and the logarithmic value is linear with the service time. Under the condition of no external factors, this type pipe can be safely served for more than 20 years if the medium temperature is not higher than 90 ℃and the pressure is not higher than 16 MPa.
