摘要:
为了提高分层流量实时测调仪的校准精度,在分析流型和调研的基础上,通过理论分析计算和实验验证对分层流量实时测调仪校准模拟井筒深度进行研究。结果表明,目前所建模拟井筒不能同时进行吊测和坐测校准??悸遣懔魑榷ň嗬?,偏心模拟井筒深度至少为9.8 m,同心模拟井筒深度至少为9 m;不考虑层流稳定距离,紊流稳定距离以30倍管道直径计算,偏心模拟井筒深度至少为7.7 m,同心模拟井筒深度至少为6.9 m。
Abstract:
In order to improve the calibration accuracy of the separate layer flowrate realtime measuring and adjusting instrument, based on the analysis of flow pattern, this paper studies the depth of the simulated wellbore for the instrument calibration by theoretical calculation and experimental verification. The results show that the instrument can not be calibrated in hoisting and time measurement at the same time in the existing simulated wellbore. Considering the stable distance of the laminar flow, the eccentric simulated wellbore depth is at least 98 m, and the concentric simulated wellbore depth is at least 9 m. Without considering the stable distance of laminar flow, and the turbulent flow stable distance being calculated by 30 times of the pipe diameter, the depth of the eccentric simulated wellbore is at least 7.7 m, and the depth of the concentric simulated wellbore is at least 6.9 m.
