摘要:
对哈13-12井套管失效事故现场情况进行了调查,通过对钻塞钻头损坏形貌、铅印检查结果和测井结果进行分析,确定了套管失效形式和位置。通过对套管在下井过程和固井过程套管受力状况进行计算,认为套管没有过载,套管断裂可能与套管本身存在原始缺陷有关。建议采用措施,防止此类事故再次发生。
Abstract:
The field investigation of casing failure accident in HA13-12 well was carried out. Based on analysis on the morphology of the bit used for drilling cement plug, the inspection result of lead printing, and the well logging result, the casing failure mode and position was determined. It was considered that there is no over load on the casing string per calculating the fore acted on casing string during running casing and well cementation. It was suggested that some measures should be taken to prevent from casing failure again.
